Sirois Tool: Behind the Scenes Supporting Machines

Machines play a pivotal role in producing almost everything we use daily. Our electronics, appliances, vehicles, and even our food and clothing are manufactured by machines, at least to some degree.

In order to produce the high quality products we depend on, these machines must be accurate, well maintained and have quality tooling for the specific product being made..

That’s where Sirois Tool comes in.

The companies that make manufacturing machines always need tooling, parts and assemblies, and they are often low volume orders that require extremely tight tolerances.

Fortunately, that’s where we shine! We are not – and have never aspired to be – a mass production house. Our business is built on generations of master toolmakers and machinists, and we’re happiest when we can use our finely honed skills to keep America’s manufacturing machines humming.

For proprietary reasons, we can’t publicize our client list. But we can say we work with machine builders that support the medical, electronics, automotive, defense, energy, apparel, and food industries.

And in our minds, every tool, gage, fixture, part, and subassembly we produce is critically important. We work as though lives depend on the quality of our products, because in many cases they do.

Sometimes the machines we support are prototypes. Sometimes they’re decades old, and only need a few components that are no longer produced elsewhere to bring them back to optimal production. You might say that supporting manufacturers with unique machines like these is a niche for us, and it’s one we’re glad to fill.

Tomorrow morning, after you’ve gotten dressed, used your appliances to make breakfast, and driven your car to the office where you’ll interact with technology, we hope you’ll consider the machines that made the products you just used and remember that Sirois Tool may have played a role in their successful operation.

Likewise, if you happen to work for a machine manufacturer, remember to Contact Us for tooling, parts and assemblies. We’ll happily be your “behind-the-scenes” partner.
