North American Spring Tool Donates Tool Kits and Boxes to Spring Coiling Students
Complimentary tools will aid students both in class and in the workforce
North American Spring Tool, a division of Sirois Tool, recently donated tool kits and boxes to the students in the spring coiling program at Bristol Tech. NESMA, Naugatuck Valley Community College and Bristol Tech put together this Spring Coiling Training Program. Our own Cheryl DiPinto and Andre Nadeau, pictured here with the spring coiling class, visited the school on October 15 to give each student their complimentary kit.
As you can see in the photo below, these tool kits are designed to give the students a start with the basic tools they will need as they start their careers. Once they complete the program the tools will be theirs to keep.
All of us at North American Spring Tool are proud to support technical education, because we (like so many of our fellow manufacturers) are always in need of highly trained, skilled workers. Our local schools and community colleges are doing a wonderful job teaching these vital skills—and we are happy to do whatever we can to support them and to help set up their students for success.
