Extensive CNC Machine Tool Lineup Provides True “One Stop Shop” Service

If you’ve never been inside Sirois Tool’s Berlin, CT facility, it’s hard to comprehend just how many machine tools are under its roof.
From the outside, our 25,000+ square foot facility doesn’t look massive, but it houses more than 60 machine tools, including 12 CNC Machines.
With our CNC machines, we have the capacity to run dozens of turning and milling jobs simultaneously. And because our CNC machine tools have a broad range of capabilities, we can use the most efficient machine for each task, which accelerates production, reduces cost, and minimizes lead time.
We’re sharing this information because fully understanding our capabilities helps customers see just how much we can do in-house, versus how little we must outsource.
Sirois’ machine tools include 8 CNC milling machines, with 3, 4 and 5 axis capabilities, along with 4 CNC Turn/Mill machines, including a Dual Spindle machine with a Bar Feeder for those high volume parts.
Our supporting equipment includes two Zeiss Contura Coordinate Measuring Machines, an American-Hoffman Balancer, and a Tykma Zetalase Laser Marking System to ensure we can manufacture parts and assemblies from “stock to dock” most of the time. This minimizes the potential for handling damage that can occur with outsourcing.
You’d think with all of this manufacturing equipment that we’re a mass production shop, but that’s not at all who we are. Our niche is low volume (1-250 pcs.) complex, tight-tolerance precision parts and assemblies.
Our commitment to quality is reflected in our quality management system, which is certified by AMTIVO to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D. We’re also ITAR registered with the United States Department of State, and United States/Canada Joint Certification Approved for Military Critical Technical Data.
If you’ve never seen our facility, contact us to schedule a visit. You’ll be amazed at what’s under our roof!
