HAAS DS-30Y Y-axis Turning Center

The HAAS DS-30Y Y-axis Turning Center combines dual-spindle turning with Y axis, C axis, and live tooling to create a powerful “done-in-one” machining solution. Off-center milling, drilling, and tapping operations are possible for increased machining capabilities. It includes a 12-station BMT65 turret and synchronized C axis for versatile 4-axis capability. The opposed spindles, with Ø3” bar capacity, support fully synchronized turning, and allow on-the-fly part pass-off to reduce cycle times.

HAAS ST25Y Turning Center with Live Tooling

The HAAS ST25Y Turning Center with Live Tooling has a Ø10” Chuck or Ø3” Bar Capacity and 22.5” long cutting capacity and 4” of Y Travel for the Live Tooling, allowing us to eliminate the need for another setup to complete many simple milling operations. This reduces setups, handling, and processing time.

The HAAS ST25 2 Axis Turning Center has a Ø10” Chuck or Ø3” Bars Capacity and 22.5” long cutting capacity for quick, accurate process of parts that don’t need additional milling operations.

MAZAK QTS 300M CNC Turn/Mill

The MAZAK QTS 300M CNC Turn/Mill has a Ø12” Chuck or Ø3.0” Bar Capacity and Live tooling for on-center milling operations such as flats, cross holes and face holes to eliminate a separate milling operation.
